paytowin.gg is operated by OPERATOR LEGAL NAME, OPERATOR REGISTERED ADDRESS. In these terms "we" and "us" mean that operator, and "you" means whoever is using the site.

These operator details are not finished yet. Do not rely on this page until they are.

A public leaderboard ordered by how much money has been paid onto each listing. You claim a name, point it at a link, and pay. The amount you pay becomes a public score and the score is your rank.

• No chance, no prize. Nothing is drawn, randomised or won. Rank follows arithmetic on amounts paid, and every position is visible to everybody. This is not a lottery, a wager or a game of chance, and we do not operate it as one.
• Every spot is funded by its own owner. You are buying your own rank. There is no mechanism to pay toward somebody else, no cut is taken and nothing is paid on to anyone.
• The only thing rank buys is attention. A position on the ladder is not a good, a service, an asset, a security or an investment, and it carries no rights beyond appearing on the list.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally able to enter a contract where you live, and using the site must be legal there.
• You must not be subject to sanctions, or located anywhere we are prohibited from providing services to.
• One listing per email address. Do not run several listings to manufacture activity.

The name you claim is yours on the ladder and cannot be a URL. A name that is already taken is taken. Your featured link and any additional links must point somewhere you control or are entitled to promote.

You must not post, link to, or claim a name that:

• impersonates another person, brand or organisation, or suggests an endorsement that does not exist;
• links to adult content, or to anything illegal in your jurisdiction or ours;
• infringes somebody else's trade mark or copyright;
• is a redirect, shortener or interstitial dressed up as a destination, or otherwise tries to defeat the link checks;
• harasses, threatens or targets a private individual, or exists to expose one.

You keep whatever rights you already have in what you upload. You give us permission to display your name, handle, links, avatar, score and rank publicly on the site and in the share cards it generates, for as long as the listing is up.

Payments are made in cryptocurrency through our payment provider. The minimum is $5 and amounts are whole dollars. There is no maximum.

• Your score moves when the network confirms, not before. Nothing is credited on a promise, a screenshot or a pending transaction.
• What arrives is what counts. Crypto amounts move against the dollar between quote and confirmation, and networks take fees. If less arrives than quoted, the smaller amount is what lands on your score. If more arrives, the larger amount lands.
• Send on the network the payment screen names. Funds sent on a different network, or to an address after its payment window has closed, are generally unrecoverable. We cannot retrieve them and we do not credit them.
• You are responsible for any taxes arising from your own use of the site.

Once a payment confirms it is final. It is not refundable, reversible or transferable, by you or by us. Crypto transactions cannot be clawed back once settled, and the score they buy is spent the moment it lands.

Where you have a statutory right to cancel a distance contract within a cooling-off period, you are buying digital content that we begin supplying immediately. By paying, you ask us to start straight away and you acknowledge that you lose that right to cancel once the payment confirms. If you do not want that, do not pay.

Taking your listing down, having it removed, or losing rank to somebody else are all not refunds and do not trigger one.

Rank is computed from the ladder at the time it is read. Somebody paying more than you moves above you. Nothing about a position is guaranteed to last, and any rank the site projects before you pay is a description of the board at that moment, not a promise about the board after.

Scores are currently permanent and cumulative: nothing drains and positions do not decay. We may introduce a drain in future. If we do, we will say so on the site before it applies, and it will not reach back and reprice what you already paid.

We can hide, suspend or remove any listing, at any time, with or without notice, including where we think it breaks section 4, where somebody credibly reports it as impersonating them, or where we are required to. A listing reported as an identity claim is hidden immediately while we look at it.

Anyone can ask for a listing to be removed at /report. Removal is not a refund and money already spent stays spent.

Signing in is a link sent to the email you registered. Anyone with access to that mailbox can reach your listing, so keep it secure. Tell us at support@paytowin.gg if you think somebody else has got in.

A listing with no working email on it cannot be recovered by anybody, including us.

The site is provided as it is and as it is available. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, that the ladder will always be reachable, or that a third party we depend on, including the payment provider and the underlying blockchains, will keep working. We can change or discontinue features, and we can stop operating the site entirely.

If the site closes, scores are not converted into anything and nothing is paid out. That is what buying a position on a public list means, and it is true from the first dollar.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer, where you have them, are not affected.

Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profit, lost opportunity, lost rank, loss of attention or reputation, or for funds you send to the wrong address or the wrong network. Our total liability to you for anything connected to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We can update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and the current version is always the one on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. A change never applies backwards to a payment that has already confirmed.

These terms are governed by the law of JURISDICTION, and the courts of JURISDICTION have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer somewhere else, you keep the protection of any mandatory law that applies where you live.
